THE PROCESS
The offsite is the middle of our work, not the whole of it.
1. Discovery
Before we design a single session, we hold confidential 1:1 interviews with your leaders, run a short participant survey, and read the artifacts that matter. We arrive knowing where the tension actually lives.
2. Design
We create a fully tailored agenda end-to-end, including any pre-work for the participants. Then we test it with you, and refine it.
3. Deliver
No two experiences feel the same. The consistent theme is focus, intent and getting beyond talk and into action. In the room, we blend facilitation with real-time consulting.
4. Debrief
Following delivery, we synthesize insights and provide a holistic perspective on your broader organizational health including critical observations and systemic patterns that are vital to your long-term success. We plan a cadence of tune-up conversations to capture realized outcomes, troubleshoot challenges and update guidance.
