Built on Solid Ground:
AI Best Practices Workshop
for Credit Union Leaders

Tuesday, July 21 · 11:00AM PT / 2:00PM ET
60 minutes · Virtual (Zoom)

AI might let you do things faster. But that just means you end up scaling the wrong things faster if you don’t set the right foundation.

Spend 60 minutes with a small group of credit union leaders working through what actually makes an organization AI-ready.

Better Organizations by Design (BOxD) and eGain are bringing together 20 credit union leaders for a one-hour virtual session. This session pairs the two sides of getting AI right.

  • Nenuca Syquia (BOxD) will speak on why AI readiness is an organizational design problem, and where HR must lead.

  • Evan Siegel (eGain) will speak on how Rogue Credit Union got AI-ready by fixing the foundation first, and what changed when they did.

Together they cover what implementation actually requires, from the human architecture down to the technical groundwork.

The session concludes with a facilitated roundtable where you can learn together with peers facing similar challenges.

If you are being asked to "do something about AI," this hour will provide valuable frameworks for you to make better decisions.

Nenuca Syquia

Nenuca Syquia is the CEO and Founder of Better Organizations by Design (BOxD), a leadership and organizational design firm. BOxD works from a simple belief: what's good for people is good for business, and people are shaped by the systems leaders create. The firm coaches leaders, builds teams, and redesigns the systems behind how work actually gets done.

She has done this work across the full range: from Sanofi and Google to the San Francisco Ballet and family-owned businesses, in organizations large and small and at every stage of their lives.

A frequent speaker, Nenuca is known for making complex ideas simple. She holds master's degrees from Cornell University and the University of San Francisco, serves as a Sunnyvale City Commissioner, and co-chairs the Silicon Valley chapter of 50/50. She was named one of the Silicon Valley Business Journal's 100 Most Influential Women.
